Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through the Glowé website and to your use of this site. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things, so if anything is unclear, email support@gloweskincare.com and you get a straight answer.

1. Who we are

Glowé is a certified organic skincare brand based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@gloweskincare.com.

2. Products and information

We take care to describe every product, ingredient list, and price accurately. If a genuine error appears on the site, such as an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order rather than quietly cancelling or charging you the wrong amount.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. In rare cases we may decline an order, for example when a product is out of stock or payment cannot be verified, and in that case you are not charged or any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices on the website include VAT. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers. We never see or store your full payment details.

5. Shipping

Dispatch times, delivery times, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Your right of withdrawal

Under EU law you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our own guarantee goes further than that: 30 days, risk free, nothing to post back. The details are in our Return Policy. Where our guarantee is more generous than the legal minimum, the guarantee applies.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, photography, formulations descriptions, and branding on this website belong to Glowé. Please do not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what we need to fulfil your order and nothing we do not.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law. Always patch test a new skincare product and read the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities. If you have any doubt about an ingredient, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether the product is right for your skin.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we ever disagree, we would much rather resolve it directly with you by email first. If that fails, disputes can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
