Shipping at Glowé

I keep this simple and I keep it honest. Here is exactly what happens after you order.

Processing

Your order is packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed in the weekend or on a public holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard shipping arrives within 4 business days. Express shipping arrives within 2 business days. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination and you see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay. No surprises after the fact.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking page from dispatch to your door.

International orders

We ship to a selection of countries outside the Netherlands. Rates and delivery times differ per country and are shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU can be subject to customs duties and local taxes. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by you on arrival. I would rather tell you that here than have it surprise you at the door.

If something goes wrong

Parcels occasionally get delayed or lost in transit. If that happens with yours, email me at support@gloweskincare.com and we sort it out. You will not be left chasing a courier on your own.

If a shipment is delayed on our side, you hear it from us first, with an honest update on where your order is.

One small request

Check your shipping address before you complete your order. A wrong house number is the most common reason a parcel goes missing, and it is the one thing we cannot fix once the box has left.

Returns and refunds are covered in our Return Policy. The short version: 30 days, risk free, nothing to post back.
