Your order is packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard shipping arrives within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on every order, and all taxes are already included in the price you see. Nothing extra is added at checkout. No surprises after the fact.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking page from dispatch to your door.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. Delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Because shipping is free and taxes are already included, the price you see is the exact price you pay. No customs, no extra charges on arrival.

If something goes wrong

Parcels occasionally get delayed or lost in transit. If that happens with yours, email me at support@gloweorganics.com and we sort it out. You will not be left chasing a courier on your own.

If a shipment is delayed on our side, you hear it from us first, with an honest update on where your order is.

One small request

Check your shipping address before you complete your order. A wrong house number is the most common reason a parcel goes missing, and it is the one thing we cannot fix once the box has left.
