The Glowé guarantee: 30 days, risk free

Every Glowé product comes with a 30 day guarantee that starts the day your order arrives.

Use the product. Give it a fair chance on your skin. If within 30 days you decide it is not right for you, email me and I refund you. The full product price, back to your original payment method, within 5 business days.

You do not post anything back. You do not pay return shipping. There is no inspection, no form, and no discussion about whether your reason is good enough.

Your skin decides, not me.

How to claim it

Email support@gloweskincare.com with your order number and a short note that the product was not right for your skin. That is the whole process. You will hear back from a person, not a ticket system.

Why I can offer this

After 22 years of clinical work I know that no formula suits every skin, however carefully it is built. I would rather refund the small number of women it does not suit than make every customer carry the risk. A guarantee with small print is not a guarantee.

Your legal rights

Separate from my guarantee, EU law gives you a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. For unopened products in their original sealed packaging, you can cancel within those 14 days for any reason and receive a full refund.

In practice my 30 day guarantee covers more than the legal minimum, opened bottles included, so in almost every case the guarantee is the better route. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or wrong, email a photo to support@gloweskincare.com and I send a replacement immediately. You keep or discard the damaged item, no posting back.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before dispatch? Email us straight away and we cancel and refund in full. Once the parcel has shipped it can no longer be stopped, but the 30 day guarantee applies from the moment it arrives, so you carry no risk either way.
